Eligibility Criteria

Course Eligibility & Criteria

Candidates seeking admission must meet the following requirements:

  • Gender: Only female candidates are eligible.
  • Education: Passed HSC/Equivalent with 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (40% for SC/ST).
  • Age: Must be 17 years old by 31st December of the admission year.
  • Note: Vocational stream candidates are not eligible for admission.

Medium of Instruction

English shall be the medium of instruction for all subjects and examinations.

Candidates must submit a Medical Fitness certificate. Selection follows Government Procedures, and original certificates are returned only after internship completion.

Students will be provided with two sets of clinical and one set of community uniforms.

Selected candidates must enroll in the University within 7 days of admission.

Fees must be paid within the stipulated date; delays attract fines. Fees paid are non-refundable.

4 weeks per year (2 weeks in Dec, 2 weeks in May). Unauthorized absence attracts disciplinary action.
